New Leak Under Trailer 94 Excella 34

My 94 Excella 34 sprung a leak when I turned on the water this Spring. Water is dripping from both ends of the square metal box which is located underneath the trailer between the center and rear axles. Both ends of the box have an access panel that is blocked by a heavy foam strip. I can't tell what is in the box but I'm guessing it has the fresh water tank and the plumbing that crosses over. Both water system drains and the tank drain come out of the box. I didn't fill the fresh water tank, so I don't think the water tank broke and I don't have any apparent leaks visible on the inside. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Could use the help.
