Title: 1966 Airstream Overlander 26 - North Carolina
We just listed our 1966 Airstream Overlander for Sale on Airstream Classifieds.
Year: 1966 Make: Airstream Model: Overlander Length: 26'
Selling a restoration project due to divorce.
1966 Airstream Overlander. This camper has been gutted, the floor in front of the rear hatch door needs to be repaired (Approx an 2' X 3' Piece. There is some rotted wood around the door frame and one other place that I can recall. My husband started the project and just stopped when separation was filed. He has removed everything from the camper but we have all the parts. A replacement A/C unit was purchased but I don't know if it was a new one, it may have been used but if so not for long it's stored inside the camper and is very clean. The outside of the camper has been polished. David Felver of Felver Design Studio, of Beaufort SC polished the camper ($4,000). Wiring will have to be replaced as he was in the process of doing this. It is pretty much a total redo, we have all the interior which is in fairly good condition. The original plan was to modernize the interior of this camper. Call if interested and I will get some pictures for you.
