Just got a 27 foot 69 Overlander International out of the woods of northern Maine. It's been sitting there for 13 years and is in good original condition. I am thinking this will be my retirement home, so will remove the interior, insulate well, upgrade all systems and reassemble. I will be designing a new interior (I'm a Kitchen Designer) and making it ready for my off grid property in Southern Maine. I expect to build a 'utility shed' that will house the solar electric, water and waste, and a shop/garage and will plug the AS into the systems. I probably will haul it to warmer climes in the winter, but do want it snug enough to be a good winter home as well.
