Living in Hawaii has its advantages, but owning an Airstream isn't one of them :(.
My wife grew up with an Airstream, a beautiful 31' Sovereign. It has stayed with the family. Suddenly we have inherited it, to our delight.
But we can't touch it yet. It's in Louisiana. We went through it and moved it to a safe place last week. We will move it to Utah next spring, and the resto will commence. We plan to make it available for friends and family.
I'm looking for a job on the Mainland so we can enjoy America (little joke among some of us living here).
I'm looking for info on restoration: how much is too much, and what to avoid. This is a very active community!! I already feel welcomed.
