2013 Sport interior bamboo laminate match

I want to make some alterations to our 2013 Sport 22FB dinette area. I've figured out a way to turn the dinette into a useable sofa using the current cushions, but I need to make a back brace for the sofa backrest cushions. I am looking for a source of the AS material somewhere out in Oregon. My local cabinet maker can get a similar eurospec plywood without the laminate, but am looking for some other solution at this point. I've found 3/4" melamine covered shelving at the local lumber yard but it is very heavy for what I need. Also, does anyone have any experience with the adjustable table base? I am looking at trying to get it to go about 3/4" lower by putting a smaller table top in place to fit between the existing seating benches. The current table top rests on top of the benches and overlaps about 2 inches all around. The column when unlatched doesn't go down as far as I would like.
