Title: 1952 Airstream Flying Cloud 21 - Nevada
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
1952 21â Flying Cloud, 13 panels both ends, California made serial #7457, clear AZ title. Outside is in excellent shape with exception of scratches behind entry door, belly pan needs some work and under wheel well, looks like someone backed over rocks or ?? See pictures of these three areas. Also note door handle, not the worst Iâve seen, but will need replaced. Parts of the frame that I can see look great, no sagging in rear. Hit with buffer and black bar, see photo, found very little pitting and should polish up to a real nice mirror finish. Inside is basically gutted; all windows work and all latches are attached. Rear window does not have glass or screen and someone replaced with aluminum. Two of the three ceiling vents work, front one has been sealed shut. Someone has installed ½â plywood on floor over ??? Other windows are glass, but someone has painted with blue spray paint. Lights do not work, so temp light will be needed, Original drop Axle has been replaced with a straight axle so body sits about 4â higher than original. Wheel bearings are good and have just been repacked, tires are newer Goodyear Marathonâs and it was just towed about 1400 miles without any issues. Please email any questions and Iâll try and answer. tlcbuilder@aol.com
