It seems that the format reported to the linux video stack is incorrect.
I'm running Ubuntu and installed the vl4-utils package
Bug 1:
When I run "v4l2-ctl --list-formats-ext"
It displays a infinite list of this:
Interval: Stepwise 0.033s - 0.117s with step 0.017s (8.571-30.000 fps)
Interval: Stepwise 0.033s - 0.117s with step 0.017s (8.571-30.000 fps)

Interval: Stepwise 0.033s - 0.117s with step 0.017s (8.571-30.000 fps)
....
Bug 2:
When I switch the camera to use h264 for webcam mode, "v4l2-ctl --list-formats" still shows MJPG:
ioctl: VIDIOC_ENUM_FMT
Index : 0
Type : Video Capture
Pixel Format: 'MJPG' (compressed)
Name : MJPEG
