show me your rivet tools

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has a rivet gauge to see if the rivet is long enough? I have seen little square pieces with the corners used as a gauge. where can I get one?

Do you guys use rivet shavers or just drill the rivet out?

I have to replace twice as many panels now and am thinking I need to tool up. Thanks, John
