Airstream, Inc, Feedback

dimanche 21 septembre 2014

Their are some folks on the Air Forums who have expressed displeasure, concern, or plain angry feelings about issues with the manufacturer of our beloved trailers. The question came up as to whether Airstream has an interest or monitors what is said on Air Forums.

My thought is this. If we have a positive statement about a potential change or concern, this may addressed to one of the executives. And, to demonstrate our actual effort in bringing issues to Airstream in a meaningful manner, I would suggest a regular snail mail letter, to, the Executive Director of Marketing, Ms. Molly Hansen. Her experience includes customer relations as well as marketing, so I think she may be sensitive to feedback, especially if we are able to provide this in a positive manner.

By positive, i mean we do not send any letter of a complaining nature, but outline and area we think may be a negative for Airstream, and offer a positive solution as seen from our personal perspective. And, this should not be based upon anyone else's reports, but our personal experience utilizing the Airstream products.

So, send your letters to:

Ms Molly Hansen

Vice President of Marketing, Airstream, Inc.

P.O. Box 629

Jackson Center, OH 45334-0629

And, if I somehow disappear from this Forum, you will know the hit was put out….. I suspect I may never be forgiven for this thread, but, I think doing something in a proactive manner, attempting to deliver our positive statements in meaningful way, is possibly the most efficacious approach to improving the product we almost all love.
