Am hunting for my first Airstream and I need a double bed. I've read a number of posts in various threads where people talk about the bother of every day having to fold up the double on their rear-bath model. I know in the Avions the rear bath/center double (very rare) was fixed--not a fold out couch.
Did Airstream make any fixed center doubles? If not, how difficult is it to walk around the foldout all the time? I'd be soloing with very few visitors so I'm wondering how much trouble it would cause to just leave the bed out.
