Hello, one and all,
Just got back to the Ozarks with a 2001 Bambi 19. It needs a bit of TLC but it's a @%&#$ Airstream! We've had a 1984 Cameo 18.5 lightweight travel trailer (got too old) for several years, and a 95 Coachmen mini-motorhome on a Ford Van chassis (fast but too small), so this should be just right. I towed it home 360 miles with just the ball and it was great up to 62mph. Sway would start and TCS would kick in above that speed. So now I have a base line of how it tows with no sway or weight distribution and a too-light tongue weight (no water or gear aboard). I will try the rest of the equipment next time I tow it. The "Love Shack 3" is going to get an interior makeover and some equipment upgrades but it already looks good sitting in my barn.
