Interior: The interior of the trailer is in good condition. It is smoke, pet, odor, and leak free. The upholstery and curtains are clean and the cabinetry is all in good condition. It has new laminate flooring and new carpet in the bedroom. There are no significant blemishes on the interior of the trailer. I have tested all systems and appliances and I guarantee everything to be functioning properly!



Exterior: The exterior is in good condition as well. The clear coat on the upper part of the shell has deteriorated and there are the typical rock dings. All lights and signals are in good working order. It comes with a spare that is mounted under the front of the trailer. It has a large awning that is in excellent condition. We have inspected the bellypan and all rivets are intact. The brakes were inspected and the bearings have been packed. The tires were replaced in 2011 and are in excellent condition.
