I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
We bought this kit last year at an Airstream event. We planned on using it with our 04 A/S, but never did. We sold our 04 and found a 2013 that has a built in Zamp system. Needless to say, we don't need this kit any more.
Here's the details from the Zamp site (photos are also from the Zamp site):
"Big Power! and only 30 lbs. This Zamp Solar 120 watt Portable packs a big punch with 6.84 amps of charging power.
This system is large enough to handle larger battery banks and has been designed to work well with dual batteries. Use 6 volt batteries in series or 12 volt batteries in parallel - this system will perform up to 50-60 amps per day.
Each kit comes with a 10 amp waterproof/weatherproof digital deluxe solar charge controller already mounted on an EZ-View bracket, 16 feet of wire with the new solar plug system with battery terminal clamps and a ballistic nylon carrying case."
We added the Trailer Connection block that plugs into the front connector harness. It also has the traditional clamps to hook directly to your battery.
We can box and ship the kit anywhere in the USA via FedEx ground service. The actual shipping cost can be added to the price as needed.
This kit retails for $795.00.
$600.00 should be fair or we are willing to work out a trade for a new or like new Blue-Ox SwayPro or Eza-Lift Trekker Weight Distribution Hitch 1000/10,000 capacity.
