Good Body no Major dents or Damage----
Good Paint except for a couple paint peels ---Good Door side patio Awning----
Working 12v outside porch light----
Working fold out Steps w/ 12v light---
Working 12v running lights,turn signal lights and Brake lights w/RV 7 blade towing light plug---
Has some repair on the ext. door in the lockset area-repair plate added---
New entrance door lock by FIG [no key] ----
Good screen door [small tare in screen]----
Some small scratches/dings in lower body belly wrap area----
Some surface rust on frame at tongue and rear bumper storage compartment ----
Chrome plated tag holder/light has rust----
Roof Mounted Air cond works but needs new inside ceiling cover----
Needs new plumbing stack roof cover----
Has rear bumper storage compartment area for sewer hose and electric 120v life cord-----
Hitch coupler is 2-5/16" with Lock pin----
