midi out for tap tempo units

I looked around to see if I could find it but no luck..

I have a line6 m9 and the tremolo doesn't sync correctly to midi clock. It's kind of a known issue.

What I need is mobius to send a cc#64 on a every beat on the midi out so that the m9 receives it as a tap tempo and keeps correcting it.

Any ideas? Somebody doen something like that before?
