Rear receiver for bike rack?

After considering the $500 A/S bike rack that blocks the rear bumper and storage compartments, I'm searching for a 2" receiver that will bolt on to accept my fold-down bike rack. At less than 75 pounds total weight, I don't have the usual concerns about tail sag and such. The wide mount rear receivers for RVs that I've found have mounting plates with sizes and hole patterns that don't adapt to the frame extensions and bumper storage. Short of a custom build, any suggestions.
