Opinion on tires

We have a 2005 safari 25' ab gross vehicle weight is 6300 lbs.. I'm looking at Michelin Ltx 235-75-15 . They handle a weight of 2183 lbs each X 4 = 8732. Minus 20% = 6986. So am I correct in assuming these tires would be able to safely carry the safari down the highway?
