Hi. After many years and most hardware loopers I decided I'd go for a software option as it should do everything I want and more.....but I've got off to a hopeless start.
I have the FCB1010 and have used iFCB to set it up for both notes and cc on the buttons.
I've hooked it up to LIVE and tried the built in looper there - the indicator shows a signal being received but, even though I can set a pedal/note to to a function, it then won't actually control anything.
I then tried Möbius as a stand alone and, although I can use the midi monitor to set a pedal to a function, again I can't get it to actually control anything.
I admit to being a dummy when it comes to midi and I'm sure it's something simple and stupid I've done (or not done).
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful.
I'm using an iMac with OSX Yosemite and midi is via a M-Audio Fast Track Ultra.
