Tips on roads to travel

We will be traveling in Arkansas next week and would like some input on the roads I plan to travel. We will be head from Pinnacle Valley to Petit Jean. My plan is take AR-10w to AR-9n and on to AR-154w to Petit Jean. Later in the week we are head to Magazine Mountain. My thoughts are to take AR-154w to AR-27s then to AR-10 and head north on AR-309 to state park. Never been in the area and I’m still a little green at pull a trailer, so I’m doing my best to stay out of trouble.
