1996 airstream 28 excella

I am new to this site and am wanting to purchase an airstream and turn it into a funky b&b.



I am looking at a 28ft excella 1996 for $19,000 that is in very good condition.



Do you think this is a good price and do you think $20,000 in reno's is doable to make it very cool!
