Cyclo 5 or Pro5?

I would like to buy a Cyclo Polisher but do not want to waste $$$$.

Am I correct in that the difference between the model 5 and the Pro5 is the Speed Controller?

How important is the Speed Controller and does it make the Polisher Weaker?
