Boeing 737 Corrosion Test?

These trains go by my house about three times a month headed from Kansas City to Washington, sad picture....but it looks like their trying to swim? I'd love to stick some wheels on one with a Airstream logo and go tooling down the highway......might be tough to find camping though..........
