Best ways to fix links?

While poking around in the past, I found lots of discussion on how to seal leaks in the exterior skin (I already have the interior skins off and insulation removed). But now that I'm ready to start waterproofing, I can't find any threads on the subject!



Can anyone point me to a previous post that talks about sealing leaks? What are the best products to use? What's the name of the stuff that seals mystery leaks around windows?
