Reason for selling I'm in a new marriage and the trailer has rear twin beds which the wife doesn't like. 5 awnings all in great shape. Stove, Ref, hot water heater works fine. AC needs work. Good carpets and all window coverings. Tires are good. I'm second owner and had this at a campground and only towed it home.
