I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
I purchased this trailer in late April from a couple who lived in it as "full-timers" with the intention of renovating it a touch to suit my own needs and do the same. Plans have since changed and constraints on time force me to sell a great trailer with loads of potential.
Very open floor plan with TWO double closets, a full kitchen with ALL working appliances and big pantries, new electrical (including 12v converter), a brand new furnace and a great stereo system (CD/Mp3) with new speakers.
I've begun work in the trailer, including tearing out one of the twin beds to make office space, as well as ripping out the carpeting that had been there to install a laminate floor. In doing so, I found two soft spots in the subfloor. One I cleaned out and began patching when plans changed. I have not begun work on the other. Both are relatively easy fixes.
It just needs someone with some time and a bit of skill to make it a great guest house, full timer or traditional pull.
