My wife want to reupholster a 1993 Excella couch and I say it is a waste. It looks like an early 90's fabric, but there are no tears and fabric is in great shape. Here is the pic. Opinions? BTW, the one person who responded back wanted to charge close to 900 dollars to reupholster it.
