We have been stalking the forum for a few weeks. I just found the introduction thread....oops! We bought a brand new 25FT Flying Cloud RB twin and brought it home last week. The shake down cruise is this weekend. We have been looking at the forum, shopping, looking again, shopping again, repeat, repeat, repeat! We saw on the forum she needed a name so her name is Lucille. The forum has been an extremely valuable resource to help in our decision about which model and floor plan on down to what we should pack onboard.
We are experienced campers, but not in a trailer, and not in many years, so we feel like we are starting from scratch. The main incentive for getting Lucille came about as we tried to plan a month long trip to Canada and the western US via hotel rooms that are pet friendly. Yes, we are embarking on this adventure with our two labrador retrievers.
Once we decided to purchase Lucille we are much happier with our trip planning. The plans are not complete and not all reservations are made so we would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer in that regard.
