Title: 1972 Airstream Sovereign 31 - Pennsylvania
We just listed our 1972 Airstream Sovereign for Sale on Airstream Classifieds.
Year: 1972 Make: Airstream Model: Sovereign Length: 31'
This is the Airstream that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs! O.K., well, maybe it didn’t do that, but it did make it from Pittsburgh PA to Meteor Crater Arizona and back 5 years ago without issue (really!). Since then it has been sitting quietly in an Airstream park being used as a weekend camper without travelling much beyond the campground.
I want there to be no mistake that although this camper has towed well and provided us years of enjoyment, I classify this camper’s interior and plumbing as a work in progress and definitely not a unit that is ready to go on a vacation with.
Electrical outlets, overhead lighting system, and vehicle harness wiring work as of this writing. Assume that nothing else works. The trailer was stripped of propane appliances and is electric only. The black water system functions via a blade at the exterior.
Look at the pictures closely, I have included the photobucket link below to the raw hires unedited photos I just took here in May. Trailer was mirror polished 5 years ago, and a good buffing should bring it back nicely.

No shower, no hot water heater, no working toilette, though holding tank is good as of this writing.
Everything in the pictures comes with the unit except for the TV, the induction stovetop, and the afghan that is on the couch. The couch in the front is a blow-up unit, yes it is actually used as a couch and has great cup-holders!
Selling "as is" without warranty or returns. Understand that you are getting a vintage trailer.
