Twin beds to Queen bed conversions?

I have a 23' 77 Safari with rear bath and twin beds. Now that I am almost finished my floor repairs and bathroom reno, I still have some time before camping season. We would prefer to have a queen size bed rather than our twins but not sure how easy it would be to convert and maintain access to the bath room. Has anyone done this? It would be nice to maintain access to the bathroom with bed in place but perhaps not possible. Although I could move the bathroom door from the center to the exterior wall if necessary. If it is going to take heroic measures we will stick with the twins.
