my fear on removing window

Hi guys & gals, just proceding on my 1959 vintage triler restoring project I'm going to remove 1st window on the front. Interior walls are off outsides' stay in. I'm wondering if taking the window apart I'd get troubles trying to reinstalling it for shell's deformities at the end of my job:huh:. In other words does the window add solidity at the shell. If yes what can I do to maintain original shell's features ?
